 The pre-fabrication in a factory controlled environment guarantees control of quality, lower labor costs, gains in productivity, and reduces waste to a minimum. Work on the final site is also minimized. In a traditional construction site, losses are in the region of 20 to 30%; with this system it reduces to 2-5%. All materials used in the coatings and ceiling coverage, besides being highly efficient, have low maintenance costs. |
